In accordance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, the website www.asocader.es is owned by ADER Asociación de Estudiantes de Derecho, which may use the acronym ASOC ADER. It is a non-profit association registered in the Registro de Asociaciones de Andalucía under number 4-1-8006, Sección Primera, with tax identification number (NIF) G88827001 and registered address at Carretera Sacramento s/n, Casa del Estudiante, 04120 La Cañada, Almería, Spain. The association can be contacted at contacto@asocader.es.
Governing rules
ASOC ADER is governed, among other applicable rules, by the Constitución Española, Ley Orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del Derecho de Asociación, Ley 4/2006, de 23 de junio, de Asociaciones de Andalucía, its statutes and resolutions validly adopted by its governing bodies.
Purpose of the website
The website provides information about the association, its aims, activities, projects, publications, partnerships, events, participation initiatives, volunteering, legal outreach, social action, legal culture and other work related to its statutory purposes.
